We would like our surroundings to be inspirational, but by relying on our surroundings for inspiration, we often become too dependent on other people’s energy.

Synchronicity is recognizing signs in everyday life. When you see or experience something which may feel coincidental, then you know you are on the right path. It is a sign that your energy attracts incidents that are in line with your wishes. It can also be that a moment of choice is announcing itself and the Universe is showing you which direction to go.  

You have a premonition; something tells you that something is happening or about to happen. Experiencing emotions is a valuable tool to shed light on the unknown. It is a marvelous insight, which we humans often do not use or ignore.

Please realise that you can create anything you want. Nothing is impossible if you dare to live from the heart. Decide for yourself how you want your future to be and how you can make your dream manifest into reality.

Every day is different and not every day is equally inspirational. If you discover that a pattern of negativity creeps into your life, it is time to stop the clock.

We are often afraid to manifest the things that we really want. There is always a ‘but’ involved: ‘…I don’t have the time… I don’t have the knowledge…

A deeper knowledge exists behind the veil of your thoughts. Hidden talents and wisdom are waiting to be discovered by your subconscious. They give you new information about who you are and what your purpose in life is.

You are more than your body. Your soul has an inexhaustible strength and is connected with the cosmos. Life on Earth is just an opportunity to learn important lessons which enable you to grow.

Your level of consciousness in increasing. You discover new things about yourself and feel that the energy of enlightenment has commenced. At the same time, you are not able to translate this energy into your daily life.

We all know the (Dutch) expression: 'don’t throw away old shoes before you buy new ones.' A well-known proverb which we often comply with when we want to change.

Body and mind are joined together. They give each other signals and communicate with one another in this way. When you experience physical pain, please realise that there is an energetic counterpart to explain why you feel that pain. Nothing happens without a reason.

You are looking for your own truth, but you just can’t get to it.  It is just as if you are not digging deep enough to discover the treasures within. When you try to identify where your passion lies, you get caught in a distracting web of thinking patterns.

Our evolution process is in a new phase. In the first wave, there was feeling: humans learned to survive in nature using their instincts and intuition. Then the second wave came: humans developed their thoughts through knowledge and religion.

When we choose change, it can often be difficult to accept the new. On the one hand it is exciting to look forward, but at the same time you do not really know what you are beginning.

There are no subjects more controversial than sexuality. It is the greatest secret we carry with us, knowing that it makes us vulnerable to our surroundings. The idea that someone else knows which sexual desires you cherish, and what feelings you have, is downright scary and even catastrophic when it becomes public.

You are on the way to something bigger than yourself. Each time you make contact, you get a bit closer. In this growth process you make contact more frequently with the spiritual world.

The goal is defined. The path lies before you. You have had the time and the opportunity to finally do what you always wanted to do and nothing or no one can stop you. Or can they?

Life would be boring if we were not challenged every now and again. Setbacks occur to be overcome. Mistakes happen so that you can learn from them. But at the moment when you have to deal with something, it is not always easy to stay positive.

A new energy has begun and will reign in the coming times. Those who are open will feel carried and brought towards the light. They experience the return of their being in its authentic form, or in other words: the rebirth of the soul.

When you are dealing with others you are not completely yourself. You adapt yourself and as such give yourself away. Every time that you do this, you lose energy. It is just as if each and every time you give a bit of yourself away.

You have made a leap in your development. You have been waiting for a change and now that this process is reaching completion, it feels as if a new part of your life is beginning.

You can see everything in the depth of your soul. Each and every detail of the giant web of dreams, talents, emotions, qualities and literally everything that defines you as a person.

Everyone is born with the ability to self heal. This does not only apply to physical pain, but also emotional pain, this is a normal symptom and you can heal it.

Mastership is hidden in acceptation and surrender. It is adapting yourself to what is, opening yourself for what is not and accepting what cannot be changed.

You have a huge desire to do something for yourself, but you wait. You hesitate. Even though everything is present to go for it, you feel that there is something missing to take action. It is just as if you haven’t found the right button to be able to start. This subtle feeling that something is missing, can be annoying, but is absolutely not negative. 

You are unsure about your future. The fear of losing is growing within you. Time after time, you put yourself in situations that always wind up disappointing you.

You have created a reality that needs to change. The system of rules, agreements and beliefs you are holding on to do not resonate anymore with regards to who you are and where you want to go. The circumstances have changed. This compels you to thoroughly reform your life.

You make a jump in your personal development. New inspiration and experiences have lifted you to the next level. But then it happens: a relapse. You find yourself in situations that you thought you left behind. It’s almost like all the wonderful progress that you made has vanished.
