...Altai keeps a great number of hidden secrets. It is a unique place where powerful resources of highest wisdom, knowledge, innocence and spirituality are concealed up to a certain time. It's a specific area, not either  space yet or still the earth.

There are places on the earth that have heavenly marks, where Power is based ready in the wings. Altai is one of such places. It is "the Entrance of the earth" where visible and invisible, known and unknown, worldly and heavenly are merged together.

Altai is like a cosmic magnet or a storage of life power. It is a space that keeps a wise secret of the past which can lift the veil on the future or become a great source of knowledge. It's a natural complex generating psychic energy, that is an extremely thin life vibe combining food, air, water and earth. Energy dynamics is aimed at awaking of development potential, growth and process of creation.

There is no doubt that Altai is for future. Its destiny is to become the place where the experience of Human and Nature harmonizing will be worked out. It will be the experience of dynamic balance of psychic and mechanic powers, the experience of correct usage for humanity development, of the highest wisdom and knowledge.

But outer acquisition won't help to enrich our inner world. The correct sequence is quiet opposite: having developed our inner world and being happy, harmonious and integral inside we can bring in other outer amenities.

The aim of the training is to unite with your inner woman, to dip yourself in woman nature, to meet your real "Self" and may be to become acquainted with real you.

• do practices filled with water, fire, earth and air (4 elements for a Woman);
• develop intuitional perception through meditative practices;
• practice the skill of "turning off the head" - that is the position of here and now;
• do practices teaching to feel yourself and a man, intimacy, harmony, love, trust and acceptance;
• work with mandalas in sacral geometry;
• dance Mandala;
• practice healing touches;
• practice art-therapy;
• do rejuvenescent and refreshing techniques for your skin: morning affusion, velvet antlers bath, Russian sauna with cold plunge pool;
• have the atmosphere of accepting and understanding when you can be your own self in all aspects;
• have an excursion to Denisov Cave;
• have an excursion to "Shinock" Waterfall;
• have an excursion to the old believers' village "Sibiryachikha" for the ceremony "Twisting off a bride".

You can do Nordic walking in your free time.

We will visit three such places: Denisov Cave and "Shinock" waterfall!

1. Denisov Cave. Excursion to Denisov Cave

Denisov Cave is a unique archaeological  memorial of global impact. Tourists will get acquainted with history of excavations and will listen to the legends about "the mistress of the cave - the White Lady", the hermit monk Dionisiy, "Bear stone". What is special about the cave? The most ancient in Siberia man site of the the Palaeolithic age was found here in the latter half of the twentieth century and its age is about 300 000 years. Not only signs of Neanderthal men being but their bones were found here for the first time in North Asia. It is added to the list of World Heritage by UNESCO.

2. Shinokh. Cascade of waterfalls / Cradle of mankind

The cascade of waterfalls on the Shinokh river (tourists call them shorter and simpler - Shinokh waterfalls) can't help admiring. Even long-term residents don't stop being astonished with its fantastic beauty. Mountains surrounding the valley change depending on the weather, part of the day or even the way of being sunlit out of all recognition. The Shinokh flows, small streams and rivers captivate with their sounds on the rifts, firry and leafy forests and birch groves change their decoration throughout the year and delight the eye, snow-covered mountain peaks blue far away.

A person, who has ever visited this place, longs here back with one's soul and comes back for sure to meet the pristine beauty again and to feel its purgatory strength and power.

The cascade of waterfalls situated in the upper course of the Shinokh river is the central part of the Shinokh river valley, its showplace.

Waterfalls on the Shinokh river are unique from different viewpoints. The highest Shinokh waterfall is the biggest in Altai region. The Shinokh river has unequalled number of waterfalls in Altai region. Wonderful mountain landscape surrounding waterfalls completes their magnificence.

3. Excursion to the old believers' village "Sibiryachikha" for the ceremony "Twisting off a bride"

It is a fascinating excursion providing dipping you into the way of life and living principles of peasant emigrees and dressing of all the guests into Old Believers' clothes. The polish Old Believers' ceremony "Twisting off a bride" (or the wedding) is held in the stylized hut. Guests will act for a bride, bridegroom and bridesman. Traditional wedding dishes will please all the participants with their originality and variety of tastes. Detailed clothes copies, songs and pastime will transfer you in the past.

Then you have an excursion to Okhladnikov Cave.

The cave after A.P. Okhladnikov appeared in the Neogene Period (10 mln years ago). It's one of the most interesting objects of archeological research. Instruments of production of ancient men and bones of extinct animals were found in its surroundings.

Feather grass steppes are botanical natural landmark situated 6 km from the "Sibiryachikha" village. It is placed on rapid slopes of the hill. Flora changes from feather grass steppes of Kazakhstan type to West-Siberian meadow steppes. Steppes are unique because of the number of growing plants, majority of which belongs to the thin-sown registered in Red List.

Training "Sacral power of a woman" takes place in Altai, Belokuriha, from May 06 to May 13, 2018.

If there is a deposit due in the amount of 10 000 (ten thousand roubles) up to March 01, 2018 the training will cost 35 000 (thirty five thousand roubles).

If there is a deposit due in the amount of 10 000 (ten thousand roubles) after March 01, 2018 the training will cost 40 000 (forty thousand roubles).

A deposit due in the amount of 10 000 (ten thousand roubles) will assign a place in the group for you. The number of participants is limited with the place of living and keeps the lowest price.

The price includes:

• the training;
• a double room;
• vegetarian menu;
• excursions.

Airline tickets to Gorno-Altaisk, Barnaul or Novosibirsk and transfer to Belokuriha village are not included in the price of the training, they are paid individually.
