Our training "Energy practices in Altai places of power" will take place in fantastic land of Altai.

Altai is a breath-taking land. Coming there for the first time you just get thunderstruck of the variety and grandeur of untouched nature surrounding you. There is a real natural harmony around you. There are amazing mountain lakes and rivers, lofty mountain peaks, cedars and pines, the clearest air of taiga.

Altai is the land where people come to get clean of negative thoughts and get their juices flowing with clear natural energy. You can get the balance of mind, soul and body there. Having ever been to Altai, you will long to come there again and again even for a short period of time.

Altai is one of the most intense energy centres in the Earth, it's a unique place of power. At every turn you can find ancient burial mounds and caves, magic petroglyphic drawings by primitives, secret signs of forgotten civilizations, stone monuments like Stonehenge.

Altai Mountains, a Russian Tibet, became the life breath for Nikolay Rerikh. He visited the place in 1926. He was sure that Altai was the greatest spiritual centre connected to a mystic country of Shambala (it's called "Belovodie" here).

Alexander Asov writes about Altai in his book "Slavic gods and birth of Ancient Rus" in this way: "Due to Russian legends Altai is golden mountains, it's the Eastern board of Great Slavic ancestral home - Semirechie. Altai is the Sacred Chancel in front of Mercy Seat. Sacred Mountain Belukha bangles above the Altai mountains which is mysteriously connected to all the peaks in the world. Altai is really the middle of the world. Altai was the place where great nations, cultures and races contacted and separated all through Eurasia: the Indo-Iranians, the Turkomen, the Slavs, the Mongols, the Chinese.

From a scientific point of view Altai is not only a geographical region situated among four oceans where such landscape as steppes, taigas, Alpine meadows and glaciers are gathered. Altai mountains are the cradle of many nations and civilizations. In the times of "Great Migrations" the territory of Altai mountains was like a passage where migrations of ancient culture beams took place. Ancient tribes moved from Central Asia to Siberian plains and then to Europe. Altai is situated in the overlap point of three great ancient cultures: Vedic, Buddhistic, Taoist.

During the training we will visit Altai unique places of power.

Places of power are special places where unusual energy influence on mice and men takes place. A man is a system of interrelated processes which is in dynamic balance. In places of power man's energy centres become active, the balance displaces and a man gets power to come to the new stage of his development. Being in these places favours to harmonize the organism, dips into special conscious state, changes world perception, evoke positive thinking. Many people have their psychic powers strengthened there. Altai shamans and skilled travelers have been using these unusual natural phenomena for their own purposes for a long time.

1. The Kucherlinskoye lake is the place of power clearing your Mind

A 5 km turquoise lake is one of the largest glacial lakes of the Earth. The place of power clearing your Mind is situated on the butte between the lake and the Cedar meadow.

2. The Multinsky lakes are the place bringing Health

The Multinsky lakes are situated far from the civilization, they are in the mountains covered with thick forests and herbs meadows faciliating recovery of your health.

3. Rerikh's home and museum

It is the place where Rerikh set the last camp of his expedition. He got his juices flowing by the energy of "the centre of the world" there, created his outstanding paintings and went and sought for mysterious Shambala.

4. The Stone of Wisdom and Stone Town are the place of power giving Wisdom

Found by Rerikh and having a special mark the Stone of wisdom, the treasure of the world, is the most important symbol in Tibetan, Mongolian and Indian legends. There is the stone town around the Stone of wisdom. It's an amazing place for meditations.

5. The Red Mountain (2471 m).

It attracts people from all over the world. Firstly, it is very beautiful there, there is wild grass at its base and snow on its slopes all year through. Secondly, there are several wonderful lakes called the Red Mountain Lakes on the slopes and in its environs. The Red Mountain peak is a plain tableland which is a magnificent skydeck with overwhelming sights of the main Altai peak - Belukha.

6. Tha Baida Mountain. If extra paid, you can have a horse excursion.

Tha Baida mountain (2070 m) is a part of Terekhtinsky ridge. Its name comes from Altai "bai-too" meaning "a rich sacred mountain". From its peak you can enjoy great views of Katunsry ridge and the highest Altai peak - Belukha.

7. Helicopter excursions: to Belukha mountain (4500 m), Darashkol lake, Kucherla lake (at will, extra pay).

For extra pay all the participants have an opportunity to see with their own eyes the most beautiful, primitive places in Altai from a bird's eye view, to feel its pristine beauty, strength and power.

Altai mountains have endless landscapes and possibilities. Nature graced the region generously with sparkling snow-white mountain peaks, wide valleys with full-flowing rivers and waterfalls, huge evergreen taiga, lakes with clear water, lush vegetation and varied animal life.

There is the clearest ionized mountain air there, cedar forests have such microbicidal properties that one can operate right there, in the open air, just under the cedars crowns.

Glacial meltwater of mountain rivers filled with minerals cleans an organism and harmonizes metabolic processes in the body.

You can do motorafting to Kamishlinsky waterfall which is the natural landmark of Altai Republic. Waterfall surroundings are made of chalkstone, quartzrocks, crystalline schists.

There is rafting in the Katun river which starts in Belukha, unforgettable horse riding around Altai.

The healing argentic spring Arzhan-Soo (Southern Altai "Arzhan-Soo" - sacred water) is one of the secrets of Siberian health. There is hydrocarbonate, calcium and magnesian in its water and it contains argentum (so called "life-giving water") and ferrous iron (so called "dead water"), their concentration is much stronger than known to everybody "Essentuki" and "Borjomi" have. The water also contains cuprum and manganese.  The Siberians consider the spring sacred and they sometimes travel for hundreds kilometers to get its healing water. The water is believed to have power to help your organism against any diseases.
